Swire Properties believes in keeping our investors properly informed of our operations and plans, and in being transparent and proactively communicating with them about all matters, both sustainability-related and financial.

Keeping our Investors Updated and Informed

Since 2019, we have held annual ESG update sessions specifically for investors and analysts. We held our seventh ESG update session in December 2025, part of a broader group lunch meeting with investors. Twenty investors joined the luncheon, while ten more participated via video conference.

During the meeting, our SD team presented the Company’s latest ESG initiatives and achievements, followed by an interactive Q&A session to enhance engagement and ensure transparency.
