Swire Properties’ Head of Building Services shared his knowledge and insights at several 2025 events organised by ASHRAE (the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers) Hong Kong and Singapore chapters.

In April, he led a discussion session on digitalising and innovating at the “Advancing Zero Carbon Strategies in Building Systems” technical seminar in Hong Kong. In November, at the 18th Asia Pacific Conference on the Built Environment in Singapore, he gave a presentation on “Utilising a Cloud-Based Smart Energy Management Platform as a Property Developer”; and later that month, he spoke on the subject of “Digital Transformation of Operational Data as a Real Estate Developer” at a Building Automation and Control network (“BACnet”) Technical Workshop on Interactive System Demonstrations for Smart Building Interoperability.
