We pride ourselves on our safety-oriented culture.
In 2025, we maintained our record of zero workplace fatalities and zero serious or life-altering injuries among our employees.
An important 2025 and 2030 KPI is to achieve and maintain an LTIR below 1.2 for non-hotel operations, and at or below 2.0 for hotel operations. Through our commitment to achieving Zero Harm, our investment in health and safety resources and our successful adoption of the 2023-2025 Health and Safety Roadmap, we have made significant and continuous improvements our LTIR and other performance indicators over the past 10 years. In 2025, our property portfolio achieved an LTIR of 0.26, representing a 53.6% year-on-year improvement. In addition, the LDR at our property portfolio and Swire Hotels improved by 1.9% and 65.4% respectively.
