Supplier Engagement
We proactively engage suppliers in our sustainability approach through ESG screening, assessing risk exposure based on their country of operation and industry.
Sustainable Procurement
HKD 1,722 million spent on sustainable procurement.
>25% of these products and services purchased were sustainable.
Contractor Health and Safety
Achieved a 78% reduction in the accident rate.
Green Performance Pledge
186 tenants had signed the GPP by the end of 2025, equivalent to 66% of all our tenants. Collectively, they hold over 5.8 million sq ft of LFA in our Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland office portfolios.
Green Kitchen Initiative
Over 140 outlets in Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland took part in our Green Kitchen Initiative, driving sustainable practices among F&B tenants.
Green Retail Partnership
Our Green Retail Partnership gained traction – forming a committee with 10 LVMH maisons to implement an eco-design checklist for new stores, and signing an MOU with Kering on sustainable store design and ESG data sharing.
